Youth Development Programme

Youths from different parts of the country are given free training opportunities to acquire varied and lucrative skills for sustainable living. Emphasis however, are placed on youths of Niger Delta states as ways of helping to check the escalating level of youths restiveness, violence and criminality, which have unsettled the region and retarded its progress.
